- Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and optionally your first name.
- Portfolio Data: Any asset tickers, share quantities, or cost prices you enter into the platform for portfolio tracking.
- Dashboard Configurations: Custom saved states including selected assets, timeframes, and chart preferences.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We collect anonymized information about how you interact with the Service (e.g., screens visited, features used) to improve the product.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for debugging and analytics purposes.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect real financial account data, brokerage credentials, or actual transaction data.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

- Provide and operate the Nexus Intelligence Service.
- Synchronize your dashboard preferences and portfolio configurations across devices.
- Send you the Nexus Vibe Report (daily market digest), if you have subscribed.

- All user data is stored in Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States.
- We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data.
- Authentication uses industry-standard JWT tokens with secure, HttpOnly cookie handling.
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion (Right to Erasure): Request deletion of all your personal data from our systems.

- Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from the Nexus Vibe Report email at any time.
